Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once the demo account is delivered, because access to the simulated environment, software, and infrastructure is granted immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• No trades have been placed on the account.
• No technical exploitation has occurred.
• The account has not been activated through the trading terminal.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for: breached accounts, rule violations, account terminations, add-on purchases, or completed evaluations.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
