1. Service Description
FundedXcore offers simulated trading evaluation programs. All accounts are demo accounts using virtual capital. No real funds are traded by users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Evaluation Programs
Users purchase access to evaluation challenges. Passing rules, profit targets, drawdown limits, and reward terms are specified per program.
4. Rewards
Rewards are discretionary payments made by FundedXcore based on simulated performance and full compliance with program rules.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Account sharing, exploit-based strategies, latency arbitrage, hedging across accounts, and any manipulative behavior result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
FundedXcore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to FundedXcore's operating jurisdiction.
